that you can drop off non-perishable food items to any Goodwill Manasota location in Manatee County for The Food Bank of Manatee? Goodwill Manasota locations have collection barrels onsite year-round.
Donate $100 and receive a cookbook!
Anyone making a donation to The Food Bank of Manatee of $100 or more will receive a copy of the "Treasured Traditions" cookbook. Special thanks to Entre Nous for donating these fabulous cookbooks. Cookbooks may be picked up at:

17th Annual $1 Million Giveaway
To Fight Hunger
For the 17th consecutive year, Alan Shawn Feinstein will divide $1 million among non-profit hunger fighting agencies nationwide. Donations made from March 1 to April 30 will count towards our total raised during the Challenge. The $1 Million will be divided proportionately among all participating agencies based upon how much each agency raises. Eligible donations include cash, checks and food items (valued at $1.00 per item or pound). Please note Feinstein Challenge along with your donation. To read a letter from Mr. Feinstein, click here.
“Babies Can’t Wait” Collection Drive at Area Walgreens
Locations- “Babies Can’t Wait” Collection Barrels are located
at each Manatee County Walgreens store. Infant-specific,
non- perishable items can be deposited in the barrels.
Requested items include formula, baby food, diapers, rice
cereal, and other necessities. The infant care essentials will
be used in Baby Baskets, given to families in crisis who
are caring for a baby.
